Anatomical Drawing
My piece depicts a woman body from the feet to the middle section. I wanted to make it where one foot was in front of the other to have a different angle. The skin tone is obviously dark skinned. I wanted to add a back ground n be different than the rest.

This piece was made by prisma colors. When creating this piece I knew that layers would have to be essential to blend together My techniques I used was to try my best and layers stay light with your pencil except when dealing with wanting the dark colors to blend very well.

My idea was to create a dark skinned piece of the body with a simple bus classy feel to it. When making this piece this was a piece unlike normal I didn't have many ideas about in creating this piece.

In my piece there was supposed to be more contrast with more highlights but I kind of had trouble in the making process with the skin tone. I feel my piece can be more realistic needs way more contrast to help that.

Overall my piece did not turn out as I wanted it to other than the background witch still needs a little more work. I believe I could of gotten more done but 'I had trouble with shaping n then shading n mixing colors. In the end I'm content with the way it turned out I'm just not ecstatic or anything
Lovesoaked
My art work looks like the word love dipped into a paint can of rose gold with an infinity sign on the paint can. My subject matter is love and it being made permanent while being seeped in the infinity paint. I believe a good title for this piece would be love stuck. I believe me having rose gold in my piece it adds a advantage because it is very different to see this in a painting so I believe it is the eye catcher of my piece.

I created this piece using acrylic paint and paint brushes with a extra touch of rose gold paint. During creating this piece my most challenging part was crating the background because my piece was so big I had to completely make sure the background was filled and no while pieces of the canvas were showing thru. I created a new technique in making a pattern of all different soft tones of colors with specific white and certain bright colors popping out. This new technique was a back and fourth quick motion of painting the piece.

I was inspired through my life right now to make this piece. I've came to a point in my life where only a handful of people I actually trust and give my love to, also learned love is not a thing to play with and when you find someone that really truly loves you for you and wants to see you do better in life you will understand my piece. I want my piece to show the emotion and impact the viewer.

My goal in creating this piece was to get better in and dealing with acrylic paint. I believe I have accomplished my goal because it has turned out to be one of my best pieces by far or yet. This piece has made me grow in making mew take my time in making pieces. Also better at making smaller lines with the paint.

When making this piece I grew more in my art work by being leveled up in acrylic painting. I learned in the process to have more patience and to be more defined with my paint brush. My piece was originally planned to be a collage but after so much work on the painting process I decided about 75% through my piece to make it just a painting. It was gonna have a whole different meaning but I changed it, this piece has helped my better in my future acrylic piece's making.
SmokeDogg
My piece is a semi realistic drawing of snoop dogg. I made sure to stretch the facial pictures on purpose like as the nose or moved up mouth, then stretching the chin out and beard. This piece was inspired by Justin BUA's pieces. I called this piece Smokedog but no official name because this piece is not one of my favorites.
I created this piece using Prismacolor pencils. During creating this piece I also used the pencil sharpener and a burnishing tool. During the process of creating this piece I struggled on drawing certain things like the smoke and the facial hair but once I learned to do it in my own way or style I grinded out.
When creating this art piece I was inspired by one of Justin’s Bua pieces of snoop dogg. I wasn’t really focused on the meaning of the piece but to more or less help me in using color pencils. I became frustrated with this piece because it was my first time doing hair and also making it look unproportioned.
My goals for this piece was to help me to use prismacolor pencils better. Also to learn how to coordinate the colors to make better values. As in contrast and highlights. I believed I did grow during making this piece with the color pencils for a definite looking at other piece from before to this one and yes I do see a difference.
I believe my piece could of been better with more color and contrast. It would have been better if had more time but I spent so long on deciding what i was gonna draw it too time from the actual piece, but I am happy at the way it turned out. This piece has helped me learn that with prisma colors you need a lot of material going on your paper multiple times to have a really good contrast, it just depends on the artist and their style.
Coil POt
My piece is a coil pot with all kinds of reds, orange, yellow, and also white. It is smaller than my first coil pot piece, as in slimmer. I wanna call this piece Ray of Colors because when I think of rays I think about the sun, then I think about fire and all the colors are related to these things. You can see very well that I smoothed my piece out very well before the drying out process.
My piece was made with clay and glaze. I used the coil method and I added my own new pieces and new design for my piece. When I was in the process of making I decided I wanted to have and kind of different coils, rolled and configured into all beautiful little pieces. During the process I used the slip n score method and wedging .
I was inspired by my last piece on a coil pot to make this one. I purposely made them similar as in with the blended as if washed the colors, My first one turned out a little better when it came to blending but I believe that was because my colors were so close in var-ency. When making this piece there was no intend for a meaning. Its just a coil pot with a lot of beauty.
In making this piece I was hoping to grow and get even more better at creating these pieces. I believe this is one of my best coil pieces tho just because of the detail of my piece. I am very satisfied with how my piece turned out.I believe I did make a come back for the second time but even better this time.
I learned in making this piece that if you really take your time and focus on making a piece great that it will turn out better than you even hoped for and father than that. I spent much time on this piece and it was one of my best pieces yet. My final piece is better than what i imagined it to be. I believe this has made me a better artist because I feel like I really accomplished something and finished it out and when I did finish it was a great ending piece.
